Dave is the Founder, Bassist, and primary Lyricist for Valkyrie's Fire.
Dave began the process of developing this band in early 2020 - founded on the basis of his enduring passion for Symphonic and Power Metal - with the final lineup coming together in mid 2023.
Dave cites influences in his writing and playing style from musicians such as Marko Hietala, Tobias Forge, Stefan Herkenhoff, Olof Morck/Elize Ryd, Desmond Child, and Nikki Sixx, among others.
Originally from Florida, Dave now resides in Nashville, where Valkyrie's Fire is based.
Dave's background in music started at an early age, as his father was a bassist and recording engineer. Dave also attended college for business management and recording industry management, and he found his love for Symphonic Metal after hearing Nightwish in the end credits for a movie titled "Alone in the Dark".
Dave uses Ibanez Bass Guitars and Clayton picks.
